Hi, I’m Mike!
I’m just a regular person who loves food, loves feeding people, and really loves when dinner doesn’t come from a cardboard box.
A couple of years ago I was exhausted, eating the same boring stuff (or worse, skipping meals altogether), and feeling pretty blah. One day I got fed up and thought, “There has to be a way to eat healthy without it feeling like punishment.” So I started playing around in my kitchen… and I haven’t stopped since.
Turns out, healthy food can actually be crazy delicious. Like, “I can’t believe this is good for me” delicious. And it doesn’t have to take hours or a grocery list longer than my arm.
That’s why I made this little corner of the internet—to share the recipes that changed everything for me (and now for thousands of you lovely people too).
